MSF Info Evening: Finance & Human Resources Management in focus
How to organise payroll for 500+ staff in a country where internet banking is not possible? What to consider when planning and budgeting emergency intervention? What kind of career paths does MSF have for generalists?
You will get answer to these and many other questions when our experienced field workers share their experiences! Julian Blom and Kaisa Loikkanen will tell about their typical working day and share what motivates them to work for MSF.
You don’t need to be a doctor to work in humanitarian aid – we need finance and HR professionals too!
Julian has worked in Syria and Iraq as Finance and HR Manager. Kaisa has worked in Pakistan, Kenya and Jordan and is currently HR Manager in MSF Finland office.
